As part of our mission, we aim to empower every girl — regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, ability, religion, or geographic location — to make the world a better place.

We offer a variety of innovative programs and unique opportunities to help every girl reach her full potential and realize her self-worth. The goal of our outreach initiatives is to develop leadership skills through activities and programs that empower girls to confidently make positive decisions about their health, education, and future. Community members lead our outreach troops, providing the girls with opportunities to develop mentor relationships and learn from role models in their communities.

Our programs include activities focused on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), community service, financial literacy, civic engagement, and relationship and communication skills, as well as life skills such as online safety and anti-bullying. Girls also participate in camp and outdoor experiences, field trips, product programs, service projects, and traditional Girl Scout ceremonies.

By working to eliminate barriers to participation, we’re ensuring that Girl Scouts is for every girl.

Thanks to our Troop 6000 and LEAD supporters.
