Commercial Kitchen Training

The primary purpose of this training is to become knowledgeable of the Tennessee Department of Health Food Service Establishment codes for serving healthy and appealing food. This training will teach proper use, cleaning and maintenance of Camp Holloway and Camp Sycamore Hill’s commercial kitchen equipment and dining room procedure for large group facilitation. Food purchases, user responsibility regarding food purchases and core provisions to be provided by the property will also be discussed. The commercial kitchens can only be reserved if you are planning to serve 50 or more.
