Commercial Kitchen Training
The primary purpose of this training is to become knowledgeable of the TN Department of Health Food Service Establishment codes for serving healthy and appealing food. This training will teach proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at GSMIDTN camp properties and dining room procedure for large group facilitation. Food purchases, user responsibility regarding food purchases and core provisions to be provided by the property will also be discussed. Adult fee: $15 Non-Registered Adult fee: $20

First Aid/CPR Part 2 – Skills Test
This is the 2nd part of a two part series to earn First Aid/CPR/AED certification. This session will be held in-person. Skills Test must be completed within 90 days of completing CPR/First Aid Part 1 – Online Classwork. Register separately for Part 1 on CouncilAlignMENT. Brownie First Nighter
Girl Scout camp is a special place – you’ll always remember your first camping trip! Come spend the night at camp with your fellow Brownies! Summer is coming, and we are excited to welcome YOU to Camp Holloway and Camp Sycamore Hills. There is no better way to make your summer great than to come to Open House where you’ll meet your camp staff, take a tour, eat a s’more, try some camp activities including archery or slingshots! Families, siblings and friends are welcome to attend, but please leave your pets at home. Registration is helpful, but not required. This is a drop-in event.
