This in-person class prepares leaders to camp with their troop for a day in the outdoors or an overnight in a cabin with or without a fully equipped kitchen, screened cabins, platform tents, or tent camping site. Participants will learn knife safety, fire building, outdoor cooking techniques, & tent care. Upon completion, you will be able to camp in any GSMIDTN cabins, tent units, pitch tents, or similar units. This course covers both Camping Skills 1 & 2.
