$15 – $20This training teaches volunteers to become knowledgeable in the TN Department of Health Food Service Establishment codes for serving healthy and appealing food. Participants will learn proper use, cleaning, & maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at GSMIDTN camp properties & dining room procedures for large group facilitation. Food purchases, user responsibility regarding food purchases & core provisions to be provided at camp properties will also be discussed.
