Commercial Kitchen

This training teaches volunteers to become knowledgeable in the TN Department of Health Food Service Establishment codes for serving healthy and appealing food. Participants will learn proper use, cleaning, & maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at GSMIDTN camp properties & dining room procedures for large group facilitation. Food purchases, user responsibility regarding food purchases & core provisions to be provided at camp properties will also be discussed.

Adult Fee: $15
Non-Member Adult Fee: $20
