Girl Scouts Stellar Seller Ceremony will take place on Sunday, April 28th at the Omni Nashville Hotel!
This long-running GSMIDTN tradition is an opportunity to recognize local Girl Scouts who have worked incredibly hard to achieve Stellar Seller in Fall Product and/or the Cookie Program.
We certainly hope to see you there! If you have not RSVP’d and would like to attend, please contact Kathleen Roder at Kroder@gsmidtn.org immediately. If you will be attending, here are a few things to keep in mind for the day.
The ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m.
We’ll open the doors at 10:00 a.m., we ask all girls to be seated by 10:45 a.m.
- When you arrive, each girl will have a bag at the check-in table.
- If you need to pick up your higher-level awards (i.e. iPad, Oculus, Amazon Card, Apple Watch) there will be an index card attached to your bag for you to sign. Once you sign you will be given your item.
- Please allow enough time to pick up your item, if running late you can pick up your item at the end of the ceremony.
- Once you have checked in, please proceed to the main room to locate your Girl Scouts seat for the event.
Once the event is completed you will have the opportunity to:
- Take pictures at our photo booths (bring your own phone/camera!)
- Look over our Gold Award Showcase exhibit.
- Check out the Cabin’s pop-up shop.
- Enjoy some program activities.
- Enjoy Country Music Hall of Fame (see details below)
- Enjoy your day in Nashville with a short scavenger hunt, information in your check-in bag.
If you are also a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Awardee we will ask all awardees to make their way to your seats by 1:45 p.m. for the next portion of the event.

This year, Girl Scouts Honors Day will be held at the Omni Nashville Hotel, located at 250 Rep. John Lewis Way S. Nashville, TN 37203.

Wear your uniform
Girl Scouts Stellar Seller Celebration is a time where we show off a little formality. Award recipients should wear their official Girl Scout tunic, sash, or vest. It is highly recommended that they wear khaki pants or a skirt with a white shirt to complete the uniform, but it is not required.
The ceremony will probably last one hour and 15 minutes
While we hope you can stay to support all the day’s awardees; we understand if you must leave after your Girl Scout’s award is presented. However, please try not to disrupt the ceremony for others.

Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
On Sunday, April 28, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Museum will offer free admission for Girl Scouts to celebrate Girl Scouts Honors Day. Girl Scouts must be in formal uniform to receive free admission. Adults and accompanying siblings will receive a standard admission price. The Museum is located at 222 Rep.
