Hey girl.

Did you know you can change the world?
Did you know you can start right now?

At Girl Scouts, when we say “Shoot for the stars!”, we mean do it in a spaceship you invent as a NASA engineer… or paint those stars across your art exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum… or wear them on your jersey as you score the game-winning Olympic goal.

Because we know you can. We know you will.

But life’s not just about all the amazing work you’ll accomplish: it’s about having people who celebrate beside you when you win or help you when it’s difficult. It’s about friendships.

When you decide to be a Girl Scout, you’ll find yourself surrounded by friends who become sisters. Whatever your big, bold dreams are, your troop has your back. Friendships begin at Girl Scouts — lifelong, world-changing friendships.

You’ll develop leadership skills, engage in local service projects, learn about the world, and have loads of fun. There’s a place for every young woman, grades K-12, at Girl Scouts — a place to build courage, confidence, and character, among the truest of friends.

As we reconnect following immense global and local challenges, there’s never been a more important time to have community. Perhaps now more than ever, we see the priceless value of the word “together.” We realize the extraordinary gift of supporting one another, trying new things, finding inspiration, and creating memories, together.

The past year has been tough. But Girl Scouts are tougher. And their friendships will last longer.

So what do you say— are you ready to find your troop and join the adventure?

BONUS: Because you’ll be making so many awesome memories with your troop, wouldn’t it be great to have a cool camera?
