Commercial Kitchen Training
The primary purpose of this training is to become knowledgeable of the TN Department of Health Food Service Establishment codes for serving healthy and appealing food. This training will teach proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at GSMIDTN camp properties and dining room procedure for large group facilitation.
