Each year, National Girl Scout Week is celebrated in March around the birthday of Girl Scouts on March 12. This year it will be celebrated across the country on March 8-14.

Sunday, March 8: Girl Scout Sunday
Girl Scout Sunday is a special day dedicated to thinking about the Girl Scout Promise and Law and reflecting on what it means to you. Check with your preferred place of worship for the opportunity to be recognized as a Girl Scout!

Monday, March 9: Entrepreneur Day
Learn what it takes to be your own boss! Visit a locally owned business and think about how you can use the entrepreneurship skills from the Girl Scout Cookie Program every day.

Tuesday, March 10: Throwback Tuesday
Think about when you just started Girl Scouts and write a few sentences on how Girl Scouts has helped you become who you are today! Don’t forget to check out The Golden Eaglet.

Wednesday, March 11: STEAM Day
We know Girl Scouts love Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics! Try out some STEAM activities like making some slime, building a box lid maze, or creating your own kaleidoscope.

Thursday, March 12: Girl Scouts Birthday
Happy 108th Birthday to Girl Scouts! Celebrate with your Girl Scouts sisters by throwing a party and learning more Juliette Low Gordon and the first troop she started in Savannah, GA.

Friday, March 13: Outdoor Adventure Day
Go outside and explore! Check out one of the National Parks Tennessee has to offer and see what wildlife you can find.

Saturday, March 14: Girl Scout Sabbath
Use today to learn about faiths other than your own! Did you different faith communities have different religious recognitions for their members who are Girl Scouts? You can see them here.
