Join us for an unforgettable backpacking adventure through the stunning landscapes of Natchez Trace State Park! Whether you’re a returning Compass Backpacker or this is your first time, you can immerse yourself in nature, build new skills, and most importantly, create lasting memories with your fellow Girl Scouts. Hike the Cub Lake trail to the Cub Lake backcountry site for a night around the campfire and sleeping under a canopy of stars.

Participants must have completed Backpacking 101 training prior to participating in this program. Participants should provide all necessary gear. Meals are included in the cost of this program.

Adults may attend if they have completed Advanced Outdoor Skills training or have commensurate training or experience, but adult attendance is not required.
