Commercial Kitchen Training

The primary purpose of this training is to become knowledgeable of the TN Department of Health Food Service Establishment codes for serving healthy and appealing food. This training will teach proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of Camp Holloway and Camp Sycamore Hill’s commercial kitchen equipment and dining room procedure for large group facilitation. Food purchases, user responsibility regarding food purchases and core provisions to be provided by the property will also be discussed. This course will be held in a small group with social distancing protocol.
