Girl Scout Volunteer Resource Center
Located in the Nashville Girl Scout shop and open during shop hours, the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee Volunteer Resource Center has many items available for checkout to make your Girl Scouting activities easier. Refer to the resource request form for a complete list of resources. Also available are packaged programs as well as a library of books. These items are available for check out, with a returnable deposit and/or nominal fee, to our volunteers and troops. The resource center, and its materials, is made possible thanks to Family Contributions, the Fall and Cookie Product Programs. We ask that all items are returned in the same condition they were checked out and within two weeks so that we may continue to offer this service to our volunteers.
Check-out procedure
Complete and mail/email the leader Resource Request Form. The request form must be received two weeks prior to pick-up date and may be kept for no longer than two weeks. Books and videotapes are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. All items, excluding the silk screens, require a $20 deposit. Items are not guaranteed in stock however you will receive notice confirming your requested item(s) and availability. Packaged programs are also available for check out.
Donations
We will gladly accept donations such as uniforms, books and other related items that will be useful to volunteers and girls. Please contact us for more information.
