Camp-tivities

We offer several year-round programs at our camps. For an extra $3.00 per program participant, Camp-tivities are also available to travel to your location. Use the Outdoor Adventure and Camp-tivities Program Request form to experience the joys of the outdoors.

Canvas Creations

Learn different styles of painting and take home great ideas for your next masterpiece when you paint on your very own 6″x6″ canvas board.

Creek Explorers


Ever wonder what lives under the rocks of a creek bed? Get your feet wet as we discover Sycamore Creek.

Date: Seasonal, dependent on the weather

Geocaching


Ever been on a high-tech scavenger hunt? Ready, Get Set, Geocache! Use GPS devices to find hidden geocache treasures.

Grade Level:  4th grade and up

Knife Safety


Learn all the essential safety tips for handling a knife at camp and be better prepared for your next camping adventure.

Night Hike

Listen to the sounds of the night, see the stars and have a “sparkle party” during your night hike. Don’t forget your flashlight!

Letterboxing

Letterboxing is an intriguing “treasure hunt” style outdoor activity. Letterboxers will make small hand carved stamps in waterproof boxes. Clues are given for you to figure out where the boxes are located. Letterboxing is an international activity.

Screen Printing

Want to take home a camp treasure? Girls will learn the basics of screen printing.

Songs and S'mores


Enjoy your favorite camp treat and sing your favorite camp songs. Celebrate camp with a s’mores sing a-long.

Wood Craft


Grab a hammer and join our wood working program. All projects are age-level appropriate, and they include building a jewelry box, tool box, birdhouse, stool or woodpecker door knocker.
