Attend an Event or Program
Programs are designed to give girls the opportunity to discover, connect and take action – all while having a great time! There are different types of events offered:
Council-sponsored Programs
Hosted by Girls Scouts of Middle Tennessee, scheduled on a particular date and for specific Girl Scout levels. Registration for most council-sponsored events is online through E-Council.
Outdoor Adventure and Horse Programs
These are programs available throughout the year and include activities such as high ropes course, rappelling, kayaking, wagon rides, horseback riding and much more.Reservations are made with the outdoor/adventure program manager.
On Your Own Programs
Available to groups or individuals, these programs are offered in partnership with third-party organizations. Reservations are made with the hosting organization.

Packaged Programs
These programs contain most of the materials necessary to complete a particular badge or interest project patch, and can be checked out by contacting Jenny Matheny.
Instructions Fees and Use
Reserve a packaged program by downloading and completing the Package Program and Science Tub Reservation Form found on our website.
Reservations must be submitted two weeks prior to pick up date. Check-out time is three weeks (with the exception of Journey Resource kits).
Packaged programs are $5 each. There is an additional $25 refundable deposit due at the time of reservation. Please submit two separate checks: one for the program and one for the deposit.
